Suggested Supplies

These are not required but are highly recommended for math students.  They will allow for easier writing on interactive whiteboards.  The drawing tablets are especially helpful for those students working on a computer rather than a tablet or touch screen laptop.  The stylus works well for touch screens.

Please review the following policies prior to your child's session:

• Students who do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled tutoring session will be considered a No Show.  No shows will be charged for the full session without the option for a make-up session.  

• Two make-up sessions per semester may be rescheduled by a client without incurring a session fee provided that the make-up sessions are completed within a 7-day period.

• Please provide 24-hour advance notification when a session needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Late cancellations (within two hours) will be charged for the full session without a make-up session option.   Emergencies happen, of course, and are handled per situation. 

• Make-up sessions will always be offered to clients if and when tutor needs to reschedule a session and the session will not be charged if a make-up session could not be rescheduled because of either party.
